Making a Academy Crew Empty Making a Academy Crew

So Sky comes up to me with an idea and jus wondering what you guys think. since Strawberries is a Semi Crew, he wants to make an Academy Crew where the low levels join and learn all about DC. HUVs, UC, racing, etc. jus wondering what you guys think about it. I think it's a great idea. and once their ready for racing, they can come back to Strawberries to race in semi.

We dont have 10 active people for our main crew how can we think about an academy...
